Sorry to hear about this hon. When I suffer from migraines compounded with sinus issues I use Benedryl Allergy Sinus. I switch off with Excedrin Migraine. I personally cannot take Aleve because I fall into the category of people who get heart palpitations from it. Good luck sweetie I hope your better soon. Oh hot compresses on the face also help.
